Shipping cost is $4.45 for orders under $40. Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customization information provided by the customer.
Under our 30-Day Refund/Replacement Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or does not work properly.
- The item is completely different from the product description or the customization information submitted with your order.
- The printed personalization contains an incorrect name, date, or size compared with your original order.
- Your package is lost in transit or contains missing items.
If your order has an eligible issue, please contact support@bearfamgift.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a photo of the package showing the shipping label.
If a refund or replacement is approved, you do not need to return the received item.
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not covered by this policy.
