At BearFamGift, we are committed to ensuring your personalized memorial and family keepsakes are processed efficiently and delivered in perfect condition. The following outlines our complete shipping process, including timelines, costs, and related policies.

Product Processing Time Upon receipt of your order, our team requires 2–4 business days to process, customize, and prepare your items according to your specifications. This timeframe includes design review, printing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping Time Transit times begin after processing/production is complete and vary by destination:

  • Domestic orders within the USA: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • International orders (Supported Markets): 7–21 business days (Monday to Friday).

These are estimated transit times provided by our fulfillment partner (Dreamship). Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing (for international shipments), or unforeseen weather circumstances.

Shipping Cost Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal (before taxes and discounts). To keep things simple and transparent for our customers, we offer a straightforward shipping structure:

  • Orders under $40.00: $4.45 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders $40.00 and above: Free Shipping

Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • For US Orders: All applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional customs duties upon delivery.

  • For International Orders: Packages may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number and carrier information. You may track your package in real time using the provided tracking link.
