Because many BearFamGift products are made or personalized specifically for an individual customer, slight variations may occur between product previews, mockups, photographs, and the finished physical product.
Product descriptions, designs, options, availability, and specifications may be updated when necessary. We may discontinue products or limit quantities where appropriate.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is considered accepted after we successfully process the payment and confirm the order.

For personalized products, customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted for customization is accurate before placing the order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, we may not always be able to change or cancel personalized orders after they have entered production.

Returns, replacements, refunds, and order-related claims are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is available in the Support section of our website.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND PROMOTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency presented at checkout.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bearfamgift.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.

BearFamGift uses Shopify as the e-commerce platform that supports our online store.
Products offered through BearFamGift are sold by BearFamGift, not by Shopify.
Your purchase transaction is made with BearFamGift. Questions regarding our products, personalization, orders, shipping, refunds, replacements, or customer service should therefore be directed to BearFamGift using the contact information provided below.
